How has our real estate market fared since November of last year?

The market has seen a big bounce since last year. Here’s a quick market update comparing November 2020 to November 2021:

• In 2020, we closed on 204 homes. This year, we closed on 212 homes. That’s a 4% increase.

• In 2020, the average home cost $886,000. This year, it’s $1.065 million. That’s an increase of over 20%.

• In 2020, the price per square foot was $570. This year, it’s $676. That’s an increase of over 18%.
