I was born and raised in California. I got a young start in the real estate industry, starting at my first real estate office at approximately 10 years old. My family owned a real estate company on the Central Coast; my grandfather was a broker, my grandmother and mother were both real estate agents. By the time I was in high school my grandparents retired and sold the company and I headed in a different career path. After graduating from Ernest Righetti High School in Santa Maria, I attended Allan Hancock Junior College for 2 ½ years majoring in criminal justice. I transferred to University of Nevada, Las Vegas with the same major. After a semester, I entered the Military Intelligence Division of the United States Air Force where I became a Korean Linguist. I went to the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California in which I graduated with the Commandant's Award from the intensive 63 week Korean Language Program. While in the military, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and World Language Magna Cum Laude from Excelsior College formerly known as Regent's College.
After proudly serving my country, I returned briefly to the Central Coast before moving to the San Fernando Valley. Once there, I couldn't stay away from the real estate industry for long. I began working for The Brad Korb Team in July of 2002 as an escrow assistant. I obtained my real estate license in October of the same year and began working as a buyer's agent on Brad's team. I then took over the Escrow Department in January of 2003 and shortly after I became sales manager. Currently, I hold a Broker's License and run the Escrow Department, handle the REO/Foreclosure division and am office manager. I enjoy working on all aspects and areas of this office and would not work anywhere else. I absolutely LOVE being a member of The Brad Korb Team and look forward to many more successful years!! |

When I started working for Brad, it was as a part time receptionist. I have now been here for over 15 years and am proud to have helped build The Brad Korb Team. I was born and raised in Burbank. Community and family are two of my passions. It has been my joy to assist individuals and families to achieve their dream of home ownership in the very special community of Burbank. My husband and I have owned a home in Burbank for 5 years that would not have been possible without Brad's knowledge of the city.
Burbank has been good to Brad and the team and in gratitude we are committed to furthering the community spirit that exemplifies Burbank and honoring those who have dedicated their lives and careers to our city. I have been blessed in my tenure with The Brad Korb Team and I look forward to meeting you and being of service. |

Born and raised in the beautiful state of California, I grew up in the city of Boyle Heights, and then moved to the city of La Puente. While attending high school, I participated in the school's Business Certificate Program which had an internship assignment for a local Century 21 real estate office. Before the internship was completed, I was offered a job, which had me going to school in the morning and straight to work right after. I started off as an office assistant, then learned how to work the front desk receptionist, and also assisted the main transaction coordinator, while graduating high school and attending the local community college. Then I was offered a position at another brokerage in the city of Chino to start a new and unique transaction coordinator system which promoted to four additional offices in Chino Hills, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and Corona, all owned by the same broker. I managed and promoted the services to the various offices. After taking a break from real estate, I discovered the grass was not any greener on the other side and opted to search for a way back in real estate. Luckily, The Brad Korb Team has given me the opportunity to be the transaction coordinator. With 10 plus years of service in real estate spreading from throughout the San Gabriel Valley to the Inland Empire and now the San Fernando Valley, the goal is to continue the office mantra and provide outstanding customer service that creates raving fans!

I was born in Illinois, but have spent nearly all my life here in California. I attended private schools in California and graduated from Cal State Los Angeles with an AA in communications and a BA in sociology. I worked as a teacher for special education students, married, and had two children. I have worked in every field of business and education over the years. I currently work at a law firm full time and for The Brad Korb Team during the weekends. I enjoy the interaction and take pride in my clerical support position as concierge. I have worked in real estate off and on for many years to supplement my income, but find Brad Korb’s office to be a very pleasant and efficient place to work and serve customers’ needs. There is a great spirit of client satisfaction and team cooperation in our office and I am proud to be a part of the team! |

I was born and raised in Glendale, California. My family has been in the real estate business for many years; my Grandmother worked in Glendale her entire career and my father has been in Real Estate Development for 35 years. I recently graduated from California State University of Northridge and acquired my Real Estate license. I started out as Brad’s team courier and now work as one of Brad's buyer specialists, negotiating the best price for my clients. Living in Southern California my whole life has given me a thorough knowledge of the entire Los Angeles County. It is my goal to help Brad’s clients find their dream home with ease and guide them along the way to home ownership. |

At the age of 15, I came to the United States and lived in La Crescenta, California. I graduated high school one year early, attended school at Glendale Community College, and graduated with an AA degree in Accounting. In 2001, I graduated from California State University of Northridge with a BA in accounting. Soon after, I was hired at an accounting firm as the account receivable manager; however, due to company’s financial difficulties I was laid off after one year.
I began to continue my education and received my real estate license in 2003. In the last several years, I have had many great challenges, but what has kept me in this business, has been the love, the patience, and the strength I have for this business. I have just recently joined The Brad Korb Team and I am so honored to be a part of the team.
I have great people, communication, and negotiation skills. I do an excellent job taking care of my client’s needs. I am caring, friendly, loyal, and honest. My main business has come from referrals from my past clients and friends. I am very dedicated to my family and friends and my work. I have been married for 13 years and have two beautiful children and live in Burbank. I speak Persian, Armenian and English. |
