An alert system can help you make sure you don’t miss lead opportunities.

In today's market with critically low inventory, many homeowners feel handcuffed to their historically low interest rates and therefore aren’t selling. Many clients we’ve spoken to recently have said we can check back with them in 10 to 15 years! However, you don’t need to let this stop you from getting leads. 

You need to make sure you have a sound system for following up with clients. When they get alerts about new inventory coming out, reach out to them and show them the house right away to get them excited. You might not be able to wait until the weekend because the home will likely have multiple offers by then. 

Therefore, you need to reach out to people right away. Find out what they’re looking for and set up an email alert system to show them properties, then copy yourself on it so you can see what they’re looking at.
