Talk to them about the property and location, and be real in a one-on-one conversation. Then, consistently follow up with people. You need to show that you care. 

You should also be highly considering hosting more open houses. They’re great for meeting new clients, so use that opportunity. Then with those clients, give 200% of your effort and show compassion for them. This will help you succeed.
